As owners of MacKay’s Tiny Terriers, We’ve spent years working directly with families—answering questions, building trust, and guiding people through one of the most important decisions they’ll make: bringing a dog into their home.
Through that experience, one thing became evident:
there was no structured, reliable way for people to connect.

Communication was scattered.
