Welcome to Pupify (“Pupify”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pupify website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Pupify, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
To use Pupify, you must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate information during registration, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Pupify may, in its sole discretion, refuse to provide access to the Platform to any person or entity.
Pupify is an online marketplace platform that enables independent third-party users to list animals, services, and related offerings and to communicate with one another. Pupify acts solely as a neutral intermediary platform.
Pupify does not act as a seller, breeder, broker, transporter, inspector, veterinarian, agent, or representative of any user. Pupify does not own, control, verify, inspect, or guarantee any listings, animals, services, pricing, transactions, or user representations.
All transactions, agreements, and interactions occur directly between users. Sellers act independently and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and for the accuracy, legality, and welfare of any animal or service listed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Pupify is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
Pupify makes no representations or warranties regarding the health, temperament, genetic condition, vaccination status, behavior, suitability, or future condition of any animal listed on the marketplace. All animals are listed by third parties and obtained at the user’s own risk.
Users may post listings, photos, descriptions, reviews, and other content (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use such content, that it is accurate and not misleading, and that it complies with all applicable laws.
You grant Pupify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use your User Content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Platform.

Pupify may remove any User Content and/or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.
Messaging on Pupify is tied to specific listings. Pupify does not screen or verify all messages or users and is not responsible for any interactions you have with other users. You are solely responsible for your own safety and decisions when arranging meet-ups. Please use caution and meet in safe, public locations whenever possible.
Certain features may require payment, such as promoted listings or subscription plans. By purchasing, you authorize Pupify and our payment processors (such as Stripe, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or others) to charge your chosen payment method. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.
Pupify may offer optional advertising and promotional services to sellers to increase the visibility of their listings, profiles, or announcements on the Platform. Participation in advertising services is voluntary and is not required to use Pupify, create listings, communicate with other users, or complete transactions.
Certain advertising features on Pupify operate on a cost-per-click (CPC) basis. Under this model, sellers are charged only when another user clicks or taps on a paid promotional placement.
CPC charges apply only to the following optional features:
Pupify does not charge users on a per-click or per-view basis for core platform features, including creating or managing listings, in-app chat and messaging, receiving inquiries or communications, listing views or profile views, and organic announcements or standard search results.
Sellers who choose to use advertising services set their own budgets and may pause, modify, or discontinue advertising campaigns at any time. Applicable charges and billing terms are disclosed before any advertising campaign is launched. Pupify does not guarantee performance, engagement, sales, or outcomes from advertising or promotional services.
Subscription plans on Pupify provide access to seller tools and platform features. Advertising and promotional services are separate from subscription plans and are offered as optional paid enhancements. The purchase or use of advertising services does not change Pupify’s role as a neutral marketplace platform or expand Pupify’s responsibilities regarding user transactions.
Users may leave reviews and ratings based on their experiences. Reviews reflect the opinions of users, not Pupify. You agree not to post fake, misleading, or defamatory reviews. Pupify may moderate or remove reviews that violate our policies but is not obligated to do so.
Pupify may offer optional identity or business verification features and badges. These measures are limited and do not guarantee the identity, quality, or reliability of any user, listing, or transaction. You remain responsible for performing your own due diligence and making safe, informed decisions.
All content and materials on the Platform, including logos, branding, design, and software, are owned by Pupify or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
Pupify may integrate with third-party services, such as payment processors, analytics providers, or login tools. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Pupify is not responsible for the actions or policies of third parties.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Pupify makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or the outcome of any transactions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pupify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, User Content, or transactions between users. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pupify, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your User Content, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Pupify may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or concerns about user safety.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved in the courts located in Alberta, Canada, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of Pupify after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

By creating or publishing a listing on Pupify, sellers represent and warrant that they comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to animal welfare, age requirements, transportation, health disclosures, and sales or consumer protection laws. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their listings and for ensuring that any animals or services offered are lawful and ethically compliant.
Certain features of the Platform may be subject to additional rules, guidelines, or policies, including but not limited to listing rules, seller guidelines, community standards, and refund policies. These additional policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
Pupify does not resolve disputes between users. However, before pursuing legal action or external remedies, users agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes by contacting Pupify support through the Platform. Pupify may, at its discretion, review reported issues for policy compliance but does not guarantee outcomes or resolutions.
Pupify may allow users to list, offer, book, or purchase products and services through the Platform, including but not limited to pet-related goods, grooming, training, boarding, and other services. All products and services are offered by independent third-party sellers or providers, not by Pupify.
Pupify does not manufacture, store, inspect, ship, deliver, perform, or guarantee any products or services listed on the Platform. All product sales, service bookings, fulfillment, delivery, performance, warranties, refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled directly between buyers and sellers or service providers.
Sellers and service providers are solely responsible for accurately describing their products or services, complying with applicable consumer protection, health, safety, licensing, and tax laws, and fulfilling their obligations to buyers. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings, asking questions, and exercising their own judgment before purchasing or booking any product or service.
Pupify is not responsible or liable for any issues arising from product quality, defects, delivery delays, service performance, cancellations, refunds, injuries, damages, or losses related to products or services obtained through the Platform.
